What can we say about our cakes?

The problem is the range is too large for the space available.

We bake everything from Apple Strudel to Viennese Whirls and include all the old favourites such as Fruit Cake, Shortbreads and Lemon Meringue Pie as well as more modern varieties like Chocolate Fudge Brownies, Flapjacks and Pecan Pie.

We even have those little specialities like Gingerbread People (Whoops! Nearly offended the politically correct and said Men), Macaroons and Marzipan Fruits.

What they all have in common is fresh ingredients and that extra "home made" flavour you get from hand making and baking.
