Palace Cuisine is a family run bakery supplying
hand made bread, cakes, pastries and savouries to the trade.
Customers
include hotels, restaurants, caterers, delicatessens, garden centres, retail
shops etc within 25 miles of the bakery in Witney.
Tim and Annette
personally rely upon their many years of experience to ensure that Palace
Cuisine products are made to the highest standards and that service to their
customers is second to none.
Tim has acquired an original 17th century
recipe for Banbury Cakes; individual sized packets of puff pastry filled with a
delicious mixture of dried fruits flavoured with spices and exotic rose
water.
Annette specialises in decorated celebration cakes for special
occasions. These wonderful creations provide an unusual, memorable and tasty
present for any party.
Palace Cuisine patisserie products are produced
in the bakery by our own French chef.
Our catering service is available
for sub-contract and private functions.
All our flour is provided by
The Wessex Flour Mill in Wantage who have been milling grain since
1911.
Meat for the savoury products is supplied fresh daily by a local
butcher.
